แผ่นรองทนความร้อน Skived Film

แผ่นสไกฟ์ฟิล์ม (Skived Film) คืออะไร

คือ แผ่นที่ทำจากฟลูออโรเรซินหรือ PTFE โดยการนำมาแปรรูปให้เป็นแผ่นฟิล์มบาง  

ความหนา 0.05 มม จนถึง 1 มม. และมีความกว้างได้สูงสุดถึง 1 เมตร

สามารถทนความร้อนได้สูงสุดถึง 260 องศา

A sheet made of PTFE (Fluororesin) and shaped into a thin film 

(thickness of 0.05mm to 1mm and maximum width of 1m) 

which has superior performance of PTFE, 

such as up to 260 degrees heat resistance, chemical resistance 

as well as electrical insulation.

การใช้งาน

How to use Skived film

• แผ่นรองชิ้นงานเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการลื่นไถลของชิ้นงาน

- Use as slip-pad to enhance the efficiency of smooth and slip properties

• แผ่นฟิล์ม เพื่อป้องกันการเกาะติดที่พื้นผิว  

ซึ่งแผ่นฟิล์มของเรา สามารถทำเอชชิ่ง ( etching ) ด้านเดียว หรือสองด้าน เพื่อให้สามารถนำแผ่นฟิล์มนี้ไปติดกับวัตถุอื่นได้  โดยวัตถุ สามารถเกาะติดผิวของแผ่นฟิล์มในด้านที่ทำเอชชิ่ง  ส่วนด้านที่ไม่ได้ทำเอชชิ่งจะมีคุณสมบัติความลื่นสูงมาก

- Use as anti-stick film, where the film can be processed (single-sided etching or double-sided etching) 

to attach the etched side with other material(s),

• นำแผ่นฟิล์ม PTFE มาวางรอง เพื่อใช้เป็นแผ่นถอดแม่พิมพ์

- Use as a mold release pad
